Big News from DG-RC eStores.
DG-RC eStores has been going through a big change aimed at improving our service on all our websites. You may have noticed the new look! We now have a forum for everyone to join (not just our customers) you can post questions, tips or get answers and tips from other RC enthusiasts worldwide. It's very early days for the forum at the moment, but we're sure it will be a great addition to our service. Join the forum here.
Another very exciting addition is our Support Center. This is an online ticket system for our support team. It'll help keep track of your support questions. Once you've opened a support ticket you will be able to view all your messages and ours in one place. You'll also be able to view all previous tickets that have been placed with your email address. Both of the above additions have been added because a lot of customers are not receiving emails from us because of email client filters and/or ISP filters, despite having never sent an unwanted email. Now you can view it online anywhere in the world and at any time.
The biggest improvement is that ALL our web servers and email servers are now hosted on equipment using 100% green energy. We're also a paperless office, no information acquired from the websites or emails are printed out unless it is absolutely necessary. We all need to do our bit to improve the world we live in.
